Established and incorporated in 1994, C. M. Lavoie and Associates, Inc. has a tradition of providing comprehensive engineering solutions for highly technical and complex situations. These situations range from municipal engineering, plan reviews, municipal meetings, utility capacity analysis, transportation and traffic, site engineering, surveying, feasibility studies, construction management, storm water management, water projects, GPS/GIS and other services as required by our clients. The approximate percent from governmental agencies is 30 percent. Our clients consist of municipalities, developers, business owners, residents and other governmental agencies. We are pre-qualified by Illinois Department of Transportation for all facets of engineering and surveying.
